  • 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest (about 2-3 limes), Key limes or Persian limes
  • 3/4 cup lime juice (about 5-6 limes), Key limes or Persian limes
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, the sour cream, the lime zest, and the lime juice and stir until smooth and creamy.

Step 3 –Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

Step 4 –Bake until the tiny little bubbles burst on the top of pie, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 5 –Chill the pie completely in the refrigerator, about 3-4 hours.

Step 6 –Slice and serve.
