Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 large head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed, dried, and chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
- 10 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 –In a large, deep skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until browned and crispy.
Step 2 –Crumble the bacon and set it aside.
Step 3 –In a large, flat bowl, place a layer of the chopped lettuce.
Step 4 –Layer the onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower, and bacon (in that order) on top of the lettuce.
Step 5 –Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and parmesan cheese to make the dressing.
