Ingredients
- 6 (3-ounce) packages chicken-flavored instant ramen noodles, 1 flavor packet reserved, the other discarded
- 1 (8-ounce) container scallion cream cheese
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded, with bones and skin discarded
- 1 (10.8-ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 8 ounces cheddar, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Put the ramen noodle squares in a single layer at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –Whisk together the cream cheese, the milk, and the reserved ramen flavor packet in a medium bowl.
Step 4 –Pour the cream cheese mixture over the ramen squares.
Step 5 –Scatter the chicken over the sauce and the noodles.
Step 6 –Scatter the broccoli over the chicken.
