Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki basting sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 (3-ounce) can bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, optional, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3 –Add the chicken breasts and sauté until lightly browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Step 4 –Place the browned chicken breasts in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 5 –Brush the chicken with the teriyaki sauce.

Step 6 –Spoon the salad dressing over the chicken.

Step 7 –Sprinkle the chicken with cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon bits.

Step 8 –Bake until the chicken is cooked through, reading 165 degrees F when checked with a meat thermometer, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 9 –Garnish with the parsley and serve!
