Aunt Mary’s Garlic Mushrooms are how we fell in love with mushrooms in the first place! The mushrooms are golden and tender and beefy, with the fragrance of garlic infused throughout and the breadcrumbs adding a wonderful crunch to boot! Plus, it’s all cooked in butter. That’s just lovely, isn’t it? Aunt Mary’s Garlic Mushrooms will make a mushroom-lover out of anyone!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions
Step 1 –In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Step 2 –Add the mushrooms, the garlic, and the breadcrumbs to the melted butter and sauté until the mushrooms are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3 –Serve.
