Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 ounce dry ranch seasoning
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, the cheddar cheese, and the ranch seasoning.

Step 2 –Form the cheese mixture into 16 small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.

Step 3 –Refrigerate the cheese balls until they are firm, about 1 hour.

Step 4 –In a small bowl or on a plate, combine the bacon, the chives, and the pecans.

Step 5 –Roll the cheese balls in the bacon mixture.

Step 6 –Serve.
