Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can of refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup long-grain rice, cooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- shredded lettuce, optional, for topping
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the beans, salsa, rice, and 1 cup cheese.
Step 4 –Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture and place it off-center on top of each tortilla.
