Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen diced onion and bell pepper blend

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease an 8×8-inch square baking dish.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 4 –Add the milk, the cheese, the turkey sausage, and the onion and pepper blend and beat until well-combined.
Step 5 –Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 6 –Bake until the casserole is set, about 40 minutes.
