Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, and pounded until 1/2-inch flat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes, or crispy rice cereal
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
