  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or nondairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh coconut or toasted coconut, optional

Directions

Step 1 –Break the bananas into pieces and add them to a blender.

Step 2 –Add the ice, the yogurt, the milk, the peanut butter, the vanilla, and the coconut to the banana and blend, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary, until the smoothie is creamy and frothy.

Step 3 –Serve.
