BBQ Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons barbeque spice rub
  • 1 stick salted butter, softened to room temperature

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, mix the spice rub into the softened butter until completely combined.

Step 2 –Transfer the butter mixture to a small rectangular piece of parchment paper and shape it into a log.

Step 3 –Roll the parchment around the butter and twist the edges closed.

Step 4 –Chill the butter in the freezer for 2 hours or in the fridge for 4 hours.

Step 5 –Serve.
