  • butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray, to taste, for greasing the muffin tin
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
  • green onions, to taste, sliced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with the butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3 –Crack 1 egg into each of the prepared muffin tin cups.

Step 4 –Drizzle the eggs with about 2 teaspoons of the heavy cream each.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the eggs with the salt and the black pepper.

Step 6 –Evenly sprinkle each of the eggs with 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese.

Step 7 –Bake the eggs until they reach the desired consistency, for soft centers, about 7-8 minutes, for semi-soft centers, about 9-10 minutes, and for firm centers, about 11-12 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve the eggs garnished with the remaining parmesan and the green onions.
