  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Directions

Step 1 –Mix the oil, the honey, the lime juice, the chili powder, and the cumin in a resealable plastic bag.

Step 2 –Place the chicken inside the bag and close it tight.

Step 3 –Make sure the chicken pieces are fully coated in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 10 hours.

Step 4 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 5 –Grill the chicken breasts until they are no longer pink and reach 165 degrees F internally, about 5 minutes per side.

Step 6 –Toast the buns on the grill.

Step 7 –Place the chicken on the toasted buns and top with the lettuce, the tomatoes, the pickles, the mayonnaise, and the avocado.
