Ingredients

  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce blue Curacao liqueur
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 pineapple slice, optional, for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup of crushed ice in a blender.

Step 2 –Puree at high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Step 3 –Pour the drink into a chilled highball glass.

Step 4 –Garnish the glass with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
