Flavorful ground beef is smothered in savory, golden mushroom soup and creamy cheddar cheese soup–yum! It’s topped with everyone’s favorite, crinkle-cut fries. Yes, you read that right, salty and crispy golden french fries atop the creamy deliciousness. Brown Bag Casserole is a flavor blast from the past, but your tastebuds will be delighted that they are in the present.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, 90% lean
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 (20-ounce) package of frozen crinkle-cut fries
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4 –Drain the grease from the skillet.
Step 5 –Stir the golden condensed mushroom soup and condensed cheddar cheese soup into the beef.
Step 6 –Pour the beef mixture into the prepared dish.
Step 7 –Arrange the french fries over the top and fully cover the beef mixture.
Step 8 –Bake uncovered until the fries are golden brown, about 50-55 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
