  • 3 cups frozen cubed hash browns
  • 2 cups frozen lima beans
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag gumbo vegetable mix
  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1 (0.7-ounce) packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1-2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-size pieces

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease 3-quart casserole dish or 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until very well mixed.

Step 4 –Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

Step 5 –Cover the dish with foil and bake until the veggies are tender and the chicken is cooked through, about 45 minutes-1 hour.

Step 6 –Stir and serve.
