Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 cups pasta of your choice, cooked
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, the green onions, the red onions, the garlic, the basil, the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, and the parmesan cheese.
Step 2 –Let the tomato mixture rest until the flavors meld together, about 15 minutes.
Step 3 –Toss the tomato mixture with the cooked noodles.
Step 4 –Season the pasta mixture with the salt and the pepper.
Step 5 –Serve.
