Ingredients

  • 14 ounces pizza dough
  • 1 (2.75-ounce) package country gravy mix, plus the ingredients called for on the package
  • 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup ground pork sausage, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet generously.

Step 3 –With greased hands, spread the pizza dough to the edges of the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4 –Bake the pizza dough until just slightly golden on top, about 5 minutes.

Step 5 –In a saucepan, prepare the gravy mix according to the package directions.

Step 6 –Top the par-baked pizza dough with the gravy and 2/3 of the cheese.

Step 7 –Add the sausage crumbles and the remaining cheese.

Step 8 –Bake until the crust is baked through and the sausage is completely cooked, about 12 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve.
