These tender, nourishing sprouts are garlicky and buttery and cheesy and everything you want in a side dish! Plus, they’re super easy to make so you won’t have to work too hard to fulfill your ever-longing craving. So, go ahead and scoop yourself up another helping of Butter-Roasted Brussels Sprouts, they’re too good not to!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 whole cloves garlic, roughly chopped into 4-5 pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
Step 2 –Place the sprouts and the garlic in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3 –Drizzle the sprouts with the melted butter and the olive oil, season with the salt and the pepper, and toss to combine.
Step 4 –Spread the sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 5 –Roast until the sprouts are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 6 –During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the sprouts with the parmesan cheese.
Step 7 –Serve.
