In 20 minutes, you can have a tray of crispy, crunchy nachos smothered in melty, stretchy cheese and juicy beef fresh out of the oven. Savory, hearty, and livened up with sweet onion and rich tomatoes, California Sheet-Pan Nachos are a spicy snack that will be a bright spot in your day.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces salted tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1/2 cup pinto beans, drained
- 1/4 cup red salsa
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 1/8 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 cups Oaxaca cheese, grated or shredded
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 Roma tomato, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 avocado, cubed or sliced
- jalapeños, optional, seeded and sliced
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3 –Layer the baking sheet with 3/4 of the tortilla chips, the ground beef, the beans, the salsa, the white onions, and the green onions.
Step 4 –Top with 1 cup of the Oaxaca cheese.
Step 5 –Then, add the remaining tortilla chips to the top, and sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups of the cheese.
Step 6 –Bake in the oven until the cheese has melted, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 7 –Top with the sour cream, the tomatoes, the cilantro, the avocado, and the jalapeños, and serve!
