Even if you can’t actually camp out (the rain will definitely clear up soon… we hope!) that’s no reason to not enjoy a bunch of warm s’mores! We just need to modify it a bit to make it oven friendly… and thankfully, these Campout Brownies are also tastebud friendly! The brownies are moist, fudgy, and wonderful; the perfect center for the crunchy graham crackers sandwiching it. On top is a golden-brown, melted, and toasty marshmallow layer that really captures that sweet s’mores kind of feeling. Campout Brownies will have you sitting by the oven as you would a campfire, just enjoying the summer evening, rain or shine!
