Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 16 ounces Alfredo sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded, divided
  • fresh parsley, optional, diced, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Cook the rotini pasta to al dente, according to the package directions.

Step 2 –Drain the pasta.

Step 3 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 4 –In a large casserole dish, add the cooked pasta, the shredded chicken, and the crumbled bacon, mixing to combine.

Step 5 –Add the Alfredo sauce, the ranch seasoning, the mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of the Colby-Jack cheese to the pasta mixture and mix well.

Step 6 –Top with the remaining Colby-Jack cheese.

Step 7 –Bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 8 –Garnish with the parsley and serve.
