Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sprinkles, of your choice, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
- sugar cookies or vanilla wafers, to taste, store-bought or homemade, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the butter and the cream cheese and use an electric hand mixer to beat on medium-high speed until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Step 2 –Add the granulated sugar, the vanilla pudding mix, the vanilla extract, the almond extract, and the salt to the cream cheese mixture and beat until it is well-combined.
Step 3 –Reduce the mixer speed to slow and slowly add the sprinkles to the dip mixture. Beat to combine.
Step 4 –Fold the Cool Whip into the dip mixture and top with the extra sprinkles
Step 5 –Serve the dip with the cookies.
