Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons beef bullion granules
- 1 (20-ounce) package cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef until no longer pink.
Step 2 –Move the beef to a separate bowl, then drain and wipe down the skillet.
Step 3 –Place the ground beef back into the skillet.
Step 4 –Stir in the garlic powder, steak seasoning, water, Italian seasoning, and beef bullion granules. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5 –Then add in the tortellini, stirring to ensure even distribution.
Step 6 –Then lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are heated through and tender.
Step 7 –Sprinkle the tortellini with the cheese.
Step 8 –Remove the skillet from the heat, then cover. Allow it to stand for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Step 9 –Serve immediately.
