Ingredients
- 16 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced into even circles
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces rigatoni
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded, divided
Directions
Step 1 –In a large greased skillet over medium-high heat, sprinkle the kielbasa with the onion powder and cook until the sausage is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Step 2 –Add the chicken broth and the rigatoni to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Step 3 –Bring the pasta mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to medium.
