- 6 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
- 4 cups sourdough rolls, cubed
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 medium sweet onions, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
