- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 5 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces prepared chicken stuffing mix
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium heat on the stove-top, melt the butter.
Step 4 –Add the chicken to the skillet.
Step 5 –Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Step 6 –Sauté the chicken until it is cooked through, registering 165 degrees F in the thickest part, about 5 minutes on each side.
