Ingredients
- 12 ounces bowtie pasta
- 3 cups chicken, cooked, shredded (rotisserie preferred)
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded, plus more for topping
- 1 (15-ounce) can of corn, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 (7-ounce) can of diced green chiles
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Cook the bowtie pasta to al dente according to the package directions.
Step 3 –Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4 –Add the chicken, bacon, cheese, corn, diced tomatoes and chiles, green chiles, onions, ranch dressing, and BBQ sauce to the pasta, tossing to combine.
Step 5 –Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch casserole dish, topping it with more cheese as desired.
