Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked, shredded (rotisserie preferred)
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded, plus more for topping
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of corn, drained
  • 1 (10-ounce) can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 (7-ounce) can of diced green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon onions, minced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Cook the bowtie pasta to al dente according to the package directions.

Step 3 –Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

Step 4 –Add the chicken, bacon, cheese, corn, diced tomatoes and chiles, green chiles, onions, ranch dressing, and BBQ sauce to the pasta, tossing to combine.

Step 5 –Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch casserole dish, topping it with more cheese as desired.

Step 6 –Bake until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted, for about 15-20 minutes.
