Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounces) can refrigerated biscuits
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a medium-size bowl, add in chicken, cream of chicken soup, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, the vegetables, the garlic powder, and the salt.
Step 3 –Using a spatula, combine all the ingredients until well blended.
Step 4 –Cut each of the biscuits into fourths, and add them into the chicken mixture.
Step 5 –Prepare a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 6 –Spread the chicken biscuit mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Step 7 –Bake, uncovered, until golden and bubbly, about 35-45 minutes.
Step 8 –Allow to cool, then serve.
