  • 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar, optionally plus more for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks or chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted


Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Step 4 –Stir in the chocolate chips.
