Salads don’t get any better than this. We can’t truly explain how good Chop’t Salad really is until you simply put it together. Ingredients

  • 3 cups romaine heart, chopped
  • 5 cups leafy lettuce, of your choice, chopped
  • 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups English cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup ripe green olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup jarred pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing, store-bought or homemade, room temperature

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and toss to combine.

Step 2 -Serve.
