Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the cauliflower, the Monterey Jack cheese, the goat cheese, the parmesan cheese, the garlic, the heavy cream, the salt, and the black pepper and stir to combine.
