Ingredients
For the dip:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream, store-bought or homemade
For serving:
- graham cracker strips, to taste
- mini pretzels, to taste
- shortbread cookies, to taste
- Honeycrisp apples, to taste, sliced
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and the confectioners’ sugar and use an electric hand mixer to beat until it is combined.
Step 2 –Add the butter, the cinnamon, and the vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and beat until it is combined.
Step 3 –Use a spatula to add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and fold to combine.
Step 4 –Pour the dip into a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill, about 15 minutes.
Step 5 –Garnish the dip with 1 of the graham cracker strips.
Step 6 –Serve the dip with your preferred dippers.
