Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups ham, cooked and chopped
- 3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 –Beat the eggs, the milk, the sour cream, and the salt together in a large bowl until well-blended.
Step 4 –Mix the ham, the bell peppers, the mushrooms, and the green onions into the egg mixture.
Step 5 –Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
