Ingredients
For the crust:
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3 –In a medium bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter and stir until it is well-combined.
Step 4 –Evenly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Set it aside.
Step 5 –In the large bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, the white sugar, and the milk and beat until it is smooth.
Step 6 –With the mixer running, add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture, 1 at a time, and mix until they are just combined.
Step 7 –Add the sour cream, the flour, and the vanilla extract to the cheesecake filling mixture and mix until it is smooth.
Step 8 –Evenly pour the cheesecake filling into the crust and bake, about 1 hour.
Step 9 –Turn off the oven heat and let the cheesecake cool, keeping the oven door closed to prevent cracking, about 5-6 hours.
Step 10 –Slice and serve.
