Ingredients
- ice, to taste
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey, such as Jameson® Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 6 ounces ginger beer
- lime wheels, to taste, for garnish
- mint sprigs, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Fill a copper mug or highball glass with the ice.
Step 2 –Pour the Irish whiskey and the lime juice over the ice.
Step 3 –Top the whiskey-lime juice mixture with the ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
Step 4 –Serve the drink, garnished with the lime wheels and the mint sprigs.
