Club Biscuits

Club Biscuits certainly stack their flavors high! Ingredients

  • 4 biscuits from 1 (18-ounce, 15-count) bag frozen garlic cheddar biscuits
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, quartered
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 2 slices deli turkey, halved
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and quartered

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Place the biscuits 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 3 –Bake the biscuits until golden-brown, about 15-19 minutes.

Step 4 –Split the warm biscuits in half.

Step 5 –On the bottom half of each biscuit, add 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise, 1 piece of the quartered cheese, and 1 lettuce leaf, folding the lettuce to fit if needed.

Step 6 –Top each piece of the lettuce with 1 slice of the tomato, 1 piece of the quartered cheese, 1 piece of the turkey, and 2 pieces of the quartered bacon slices.

Step 7 –Cover each of the sandwiches with the top halves of the biscuits.

Step 8 –Serve.
