Club Biscuits certainly stack their flavors high! The buttery, cheesy biscuits are each filled with the classic fixings of a club sandwich: crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, savory turkey, crunchy bacon, and creamy cheese. There’s something just so lovely about a good club sandwich on good bread (or in this case a good biscuit)! You’ll know that’s true when you sink your teeth into a couple of these Club Biscuits!
Ingredients
- 4 biscuits from 1 (18-ounce, 15-count) bag frozen garlic cheddar biscuits
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, quartered
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 2 slices deli turkey, halved
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and quartered
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Place the biscuits 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 3 –Bake the biscuits until golden-brown, about 15-19 minutes.
Step 4 –Split the warm biscuits in half.
Step 5 –On the bottom half of each biscuit, add 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise, 1 piece of the quartered cheese, and 1 lettuce leaf, folding the lettuce to fit if needed.
Step 6 –Top each piece of the lettuce with 1 slice of the tomato, 1 piece of the quartered cheese, 1 piece of the turkey, and 2 pieces of the quartered bacon slices.
Step 7 –Cover each of the sandwiches with the top halves of the biscuits.
Step 8 –Serve.
