So, when you have a hankering for a brownie-like bar, the gooeyness of a chocolate chip cookie, and the creaminess of a cheesecake, then you’ve got to mash it all into this Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bake! All your cravings will be satisfied and that’s just the best way to end a meal. Sometimes too much of a good thing turns out to be bad, but that is the complete opposite of this Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bake. It just keeps getting better and better!
Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 (18-ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough, divided
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –In a bowl, add the cream cheese, the sugar, the eggs, and the vanilla and mix until it is smooth and well-blended.
Step 4 –Press 1 package of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
Step 5 –Pinch off small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and distribute them over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6 –Bake the cheesecake bake until the cream cheese mixture is set and the cookies on top are golden-brown, about 30-45 minutes.
Step 7 –Transfer the baking dish to a wire rack and let the cheesecake bake cool, about 30 minutes.
Step 8 –Cut the cheesecake bake into serving-sized bars and serve.
