Ingredients

  • 5 bulbs garlic, roasted
  • 8 ounces whipped butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 ounces light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Squeeze the garlic into a bowl and smash the bulbs into a smooth paste.

Step 3 –Gradually add the whipped butter to the garlic paste and fold it with a spatula to combine.
