  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Season the shrimp with the salt and the pepper.

Step 3 –Add the garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until it is fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 4 –Stir the white wine and the lemon juice into the garlic and bring it to a boil.

Step 5 –Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce reduces by half, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 6 –Stir the basil, the oregano, the rosemary, and the thyme into the sauce until it is combined.
