Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups whole corn kernels
- cracker crumbs, to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Step 3 –In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and the flour and cook until melted and combined, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4 –Add the milk to the sauce mixture and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
Step 5 –Add the corn to the sauce mixture and mix well.
