Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.
Step 3 –Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions, using the 1 1/2 cups of water.
Step 4 –In large bowl, combine the chicken, the broccoli, and the condensed broccoli cheese soup.
Step 5 –Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Step 6 –Top the chicken mixture with the stuffing and sprinkle with the cheese.
Step 7 –Bake, covered, 20 minutes.
Step 8 –Carefully uncover the casserole and bake until heated through and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
