Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons full-fat sour cream, can substitute Greek yogurt or crème fraîche
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pistachios or walnuts, optional, chopped
- assorted fruit, such as apples, to taste, for serving

Directions
Step 1 –In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, the honey, the sour cream, and the salt and beat on medium-low speed until smooth.
Step 2 –Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
Step 3 –Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve with the assorted fruit.
