Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the chicken, the cream cheese, the cottage cheese, the sour cream, the cream of chicken soup, the garlic powder, and the onion powder and mix well to combine.
