- 4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen peas and carrots mix
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups egg noodles, cooked
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease two 8-inch square baking dishes.
Step 3 -In a large bowl combine the cooked chicken, the frozen peas and carrots mix, the milk, the cream of celery soup, the cream of chicken soup, the onion, the butter, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 4 -Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Transfer the noodle mixture to the greased baking dishes.
Step 6 -Cover the dishes and bake for about 30 minutes.
