Creamy Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, halved
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl with an airtight lid, mix the cranberries and the sugar together and let stand for 30 minutes.

Step 2 –Add the miniature marshmallows, the apples, the pecans, the pineapple tidbits, and the grapes to the cranberry mixture and stir well to combine.

Step 3 –Gently fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture.

Step 4 –Cover the bowl with the airtight lid and transfer to the refrigerator to chill, for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days.

Step 5 –Stir the salad and serve.
