  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, chopped, plus more, to taste, cut into wedges, for garnish
  • 1 small banana
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup or honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 -Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 -Freeze the 2 cups of the chopped watermelon until completely frozen, at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours.

Step 3 -Cut the unpeeled banana in half.

Step 4 -Peel one of the banana halves. Reserve the remaining banana half for another use.

Step 5 -Place the frozen chopped watermelon, the peeled banana half, the strawberries, the yogurt, the agave, and the salt in a blender.

Step 6 -Process until completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Make sure to scrape down the sides as needed.

Step 7 -Divide the smoothie between two glasses.

Step 8 -Garnish with the extra watermelon wedges and serve.
