Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, snipped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon wedges, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Position a rack in the center of the oven.
Step 2 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 3 –Coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 4 –In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, the olive oil, the dill, the salt, and the pepper.
