Ingredients

  • 4 small zucchinis, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1 –Position a rack to the middle of the oven.

Step 2 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 3 –Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 4 –Place the zucchini and the garlic on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with the olive oil, and toss to combine.

Step 5 –Arrange the zucchinis cut-side down and spread them out, ensuring they are not touching.

Step 6 –Bake the zucchinis for 8 minutes.

Step 7 –Flip the zucchinis and bake until all of the sides are golden, about 8 minutes.

Step 8 –While the zucchinis are baking, mix the basil, the seasoned salt, the Italian seasoning, and the salt in a small bowl.

Step 9 –Transfer the zucchinis from the oven and sprinkle them with the seasonings.

Step 10 –Toss the zucchinis with a spatula to ensure they are evenly coated.

Step 11 –Serve immediately.
