You can actually hear how good this fish tastes! Crunchy Oven Fish is a percussion performance of great seafood savory goodness; flaky, tender fish on the inside, crunchy breadcrumbs and potato chips on the outside! A little melted butter and nutty parmesan doesn’t hurt either! For a fish dinner that’s ready in a flash, you really can’t go wrong with Crunchy Oven Fish!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets, such as halibut or cod, cut into 4 equal portions
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Step 3 –Sprinkle the breadcrumbs into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4 –In a shallow bowl, add the milk.
Step 5 –In a separate shallow bowl, add the potato chips, the parmesan, and the thyme and stir to combine.
Step 6 –Dip the fish fillets in the milk and then in the potato chip mixture, pressing slightly to adhere.

Step 7 –Place the coated fish fillets on top of the breadcrumbs in the baking dish.
Step 8 –Drizzle the fish fillets with the melted butter.
Step 9 –Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 12 minutes.
Step 10 –Serve.
